I had already discussed the main 3 jobs that I wanted him to look at; Boiler service 3 radiators It was very clear listening to Sean that he is a man with the incredible experience and knowledge of his area of expertise, he was able to quickly diagnose what was needed and deal with any hitches speedily. He is highly resourceful and is not easily phased. His bill was even below what had been agreed… A real testament to his honesty and professionalism

Sean came to reseal the shower tray in the bathroom and counter tops in the kitchen. He arrived at the time he said he would and was friendly and a neat and tidy worker. He saw a couple of extra places which need sealed and did the extra work which makes the job look even better and his services were reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean.

Sean answered my job ad the same day and came round that evening to assess the job and quote for it. He came the following day and did exactly what he said he would. He was very professional and did a really good job. He stuck to his quote and was very tidy. My radiators have never worked so well im delighted. I would highly recommend him.

Sean Kelly came to deal with our blocked sink/dishwasher/washing machine. It became clear that it was a very tricky job.: quantities of solid debris choking the pipes which run under the solid kitchen flooring. Sean coped so well. We were bowled over by his skill and Good Humour throughout. We recommend him without reservation.
