Robert was patient & methodical- my boiler is very hard to access & makes the work awkward but he approached the job with a positive attitude. A second visit was required to fit a spare part. On both visits Robert arrived when he said he would. His rates are very reasonable & he is a really pleasant, friendly person. I will definitely use his services again.

Bob responded promptly to my plea for someone to come and fix my leaky boiler. He came once to diagnose what was wrong and returned the next day to sort it out. The price seemed as I expected although tbh I have no basis for comparison. Would hire him again if necessary. Friendly and efficient.
