Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.

After being assured on the phone he would not let me down he never turned up to quote on the work, not even a phone call to say he couldn't make it so I am now using somebody else - gone back to Yellow pages as tradesman on here appear to be less than reliable.

Couldn't find a local heating engineer in the Frome area able to service J&S warm air units despite there being umpteen such units around the estates there. Stumbled across RJC Services. Thank the Lord! Arrangements worked like a dream. Rob Chidley travelled out from Weston Super Mare and met me at the property. Job done, including gas system safety checks in little more than an hour. Customer well pleased! Will use RJC Services again without hesitation.

He did turn up on time but forgot to take the transit bolts out so when I used the machine for the first time it was walking across the floor and very noisy. I hadto pay for a zanussi engineer to come and look at my washing machine which is now working fine.
