Plumber

Really nice guy good price fixed my leaking tap and seized stopcock which was what I got him out for asked him about a radiator in the spare room that was not heating up and he fixed that too all for original price I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family!

Plumber

Reece and team installed my boiler. Immediately it needed servicing, because solder was caught in the pipes, restricting water. Valiant then pointed out it didn't comply with their installation requirements. A year later the controller stopped working, Reece saying it was out of warrantee and not serviceable. Both were factually incorrect. An easy fix, but it took me to call the controller supplier to find out. Poor attendance, simply not showing for arranged times. Poor sloppy work. Not recommended.

Very quick and efficient service. Danny from RBP Services was excellent. Serviced our boiler and located and fixed a leak on our gas hob. Very happy with the price and the level of service. Danny explained what he had done and why. Very thorough and professional. 5 stars!

Plumber

Super friendly guy. Completed the job very quick. He fixed the leak, but the next day the leak had moved further up the pipe and had burst in a second place. I guess the replacement section moved the pressure up to another dodgy part of the old pipe. I called RBP and they came back out a couple days later and to my surprise, replaced the bad section free of charge! Would definitely hire them again.

Very professional, competitive and friendly. They installed a thermostat for me and spent the time to give me a few safety tips for the boiler as I have a new born baby: they did not try to sell me any additional services, just general tips I could follow such as buying a co2 alarm from the internet for the safety of the family. All in all very impressed.

Replaced radiator thermostats and capped a gas supply. Friendly workmen and reasonably priced. Didn't turn up the first time as had an emergency job, very apologetic. Have had some problems with air in the system since.

Probably the cheapest plumber I've used, their guy Danny is a nice bloke and seems to know his stuff. He serviced two boilers for me, and we will use him on a 3rd. I can t comment on bigger projects as our need was small, but he seemed to do a thorough job, provided well written certificates and even called transco for us to replace a stiff gas mains tap.
