Quoted low, hired , ended up paying a fortune, very expensive, if the T&C where clear from the beginning would have looked for other options. Will i hire them again , a big NO.

Jorden was extremely helpful in working out what was wrong with the drain. Very easy to talk to and explain the process and what he was doing. Went into detail what was required to solve the problem. Would highly recommend this company, even the office staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely 5* rating

They gave me a quote and on the day they were supposed to start work they called and told me the price was wrong and it would be much more...they said is was "the fault of their new girl in the office". This was totally unethical behavior and I would seriously advise people to keep away.

An extremely good service from Pro Drainage. Mark turned up the next day to view my drains and CCTV them. The very next day he had come up with a solution and contacted Building Control to get it approved with all the necessary paperwork. Within only a few days it was carried out and the site made good. His staff were polite, professional and efficient at all times and the price was not excessive. I would recommend without hesitation.
