Initially we were very pleased with Jamie\\'s work, he replied to messages quickly and was able to come and do the job within two days of contacting me. But after his visit we realised the water pressure on our shower had got very bad, and when we tried to contact him about it (multiple times by phone and text over several days), we never heard back from him. So now it looks like we\\'ll have to get someone else to come out and fix the issue.

The booking was then cancelled by you at very short notice because you found a cheaper quote, which left me a full day’s wages down. Guys made a fair quote, the work was done well and my shower is amazing. They also found a smaller elak and fixed it as well as fixing a pooling water issue with my pipes in the bathroom. Highly recommend
