Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

While remodeling our bathroom, they encountered a number of problems outside of their control but overcame them all keeping us informed at all times. Their advice on layout and products was excellent and the staff very friendly. Don't be afraid to ask or have too fixed an idea as their product knowledge and experience may give you ideas you may not have thought of. Follow up is very good, don't just walk when job finished.

Very efficient, quickly pinpointed the problem and set out the options without pressurising me to go for a more expensive option. Dealt with the tap and another problem I had with my shower the following day and repaired everything as requested. Pleasant and friendly throughout.

Replacement WC and sink/vanity unit, but it was not exactly a straight-forward job. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We would certainly consider using Cosy Warm for future projects.

The previous bathroom had leaked and they found significant problems when they took out the fittings, but they worked really hard and long hours to not only deal with the problem but also get the job done within the original timescale they promised.

Russell and Mark from Cosywarm were with me for 3 weeks creating the most wonderful bathroom that has the WOW factor just as I wanted!
