I was very pleased with the complete set of events associated with the work that Paul did. He responded promptly to the initial enquiry, quoted (we discussed this to ensure that the basis of the quote was understood), arrived at the agreed time, completed the installation & left all in good order.

Excellent professionalism and timeliness. Fast arrival andquoting on Paul's part. Good reviews from others and his friendly demeanour and knowledge of how to get the job done stood out. He was the only tradesman to get on ladders and actually look at what needed to be done to give an accurate quote. Found a way around having to break kitchen tiles to provide power. Patient as my wife and I changed our minds about some things. Guys who did the work were friendly and knowledgeable - would highly recommend!

Paul provided a detailed inspection of the job required. Good quality work for a very messy rewire job. Nick and the lads did a great job and sorted out minor issues/queries quickly. We would recommend this company for any Electrical jobs you have.

Did a great job at the time regarding house rewire. However, a couple of weeks after realised the garage lighting and sockets were not working . We had opted to have the house rewired and leave the garage. We were given an option whether or not to include the garage 2 quotes. Paul did reply to our issue which was raised end of May a couple of times explaining was not in the area. It has never been resolved and we are still waiting 10.7.16. Disappointing end after original good service.

Hi John I have tried to contact you via email regarding looking at the garage . It was stated that this was an option on my quote to Rewire the garage but was declined . There is a fault on this circuit and this is why it has not been re connected . I did email you and you said you were busy and would get back to me after the 8/8 but I haven't heard from you . I'm happy to come back and Rewire the garage for you . Regards Paul

Although I didn't use Paul to undertake the work, this was purely due to our particularly specific and special circumstances. Paul was extremely professional, honest and reliable - turned up on time, provided quote in a timely fashion etc. Would recommend him to others.

A complete rewire of our property was undertake by paul and the crew, they worked around all the trades and accommodated everything we asked for. I am very pleased with the work Paul Rollins Electrical Contractors has done so far. I had to have a rewire of an old house grade II listed and it was not an easy job due to the layout of the house and old and new walls but the electrician Alan who worked on the house for three weeks was very professional.

Paul advised me well on the best methods for the rewire that I required. Paul's team of electrical technicians started early and worked hard for the duration of the time when they were on the job. When I was able to attend they were more than happy to show me the work that they were doing and ensure that I was happy with how things were progressing. I gave Paul the job because during the quote his electrical knowledge filled me with confidence and the price was significantly better than the going rate.

We did not have the job done in the end as the house purchase fell through. But Paul Rollings was prompt at the meeting to view the job provided an excellent quote and was very flexible with the dates we wanted. We had to pull out of buying the house but will use Paul for the next house purchase.
