Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven\\'t given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that\\'s not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It\\'s now being completely replaced (I\\'ve had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.

this was 1 year ago i gave nick a gas safety certificate after the service and he asked me for money back for the service

Nick went above and beyond the call of customer service on my job. All neglected parts were changed and a new lease of life was given to my boiler. I was shocked to see the waste from the powerflushing. Nick is very reliable and put customer service at the highest level of his trade. The site was left sparkling clean. His quote was very competitive and affordable. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough to homeowners. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future. I am 100% happy with his job.

After several refusals, and saying there was nothing wrong with the toilet waste pipe he checked my toilet waste pipe and fixed this issue, he agreed there was something wrong with it. Refused to help me turn my mains tap. Insisted I use the mains tap outside the property. I eventually asked him to leave.

Great service and communication from picking up the quote and getting in touch. On the day arrived early and completed the job in good time and left the site clean tidy and ready for use. Gas safe certificate issued in very good time. I would highly recommend using Nick and intend to do so myself
