Nick went above and beyond the call of customer service on my job. All neglected parts were changed and a new lease of life was given to my boiler. I was shocked to see the waste from the powerflushing. Nick is very reliable and put customer service at the highest level of his trade. The site was left sparkling clean. After several refusals, and saying there was nothing wrong with the toilet waste pipe he checked my toilet waste pipe and fixed this issue, he agreed there was something wrong with it. Refused to help me turn my mains tap. Insisted I use the mains tap outside the property. I eventually asked him to leave.
