Very pleased with the quality of service Nathan provided. Communication excellent, turned up on time to assess work required. Very respectful and thorough with job assessment. Nathan and Darren worked hard on what turned out to be a long day installing a new boiler and radiator plus all awkward pipe work. Would not leave until 100% satisfied with every bit of work done. Cleaned up afterwards. I felt they took pride in wanting to do a good job and I do not hesitate in recommending them. Top notch.

From start to finish we were extremely happy with NGT. We moved the boiler from the kitchen to the garage, Nathan provide great advice. On the day of the installation Nathan and Darren worked a long shift to get the job done.. Great job done,very tidy workers. Will be using again and will be recommending to others.

Nathan and Jo were on time from date of estimate and to putting in the central heating, both easy to get on with. Cleaned everything up each day. Explained how to use everything. Would highly recommend. Good Price quoted. Having them back to move some water pipes shortly. Only took two days to complete as told when I had estimate.

The boiler in the house which I rent out was having trouble after being interfered with by an incompetent plumber my incompetent rental agent had sent out, so I was keen to get someone reliable in. I asked a lot of questions about reliability of a new boiler and he recommended a Baxi Platinum as it comes with a 10 year warranty and Baxi have a next day callout. Nathan arranged to carry out the work with my tenants and was clean and tidy and completed to work to a high standard.
