Asked what had to be done on the day pointed all round the building and said I had missed a bit came back to sort it then same again if went round the property with me first time would of got everything done to busy doing gardening work to over see my work

I think your comments are unfair as I had pointed out the bits I felt needed repointing but you were in a rush. The bit you missed was on a corner and plain to see. I sent you pictures of it twice but eventually you decided not to respond to my messages as I had made the mistake of having paid you already.

You went round the job with me on the day I done the work you should of instructed me on which joints needing pointed I did come back sort it but you were not its hard to work from photos as the areas look the same and I think I was unfair as well I always want to leave a good job and value and do as much for the customer as I can i came back and done what I thought needed done but wasn't enough

All I can say is that you did not come back to finish the job and you had ample of opportunity to do so. I had pointed out the bits needing repointing and the one you missed was the worst bit of the masonry, on a corner with no mortar left - how you could miss that is a mystery to me. Might well be that you want to do a good job for your customers but you didn't in my case and unfortunately missed an opportunity to advertise your business.
