Was contacted within a few minutes of posting job and as plumber was in area was here within 5 minutes. Gas boiler was serviced and gas save certificate was issued. Was very pleased with the prompt response and excellent service.

Neil is one of the best local trades I've ever taken on - and I've seen the worst of them trust me! Quick off the mark he contacted me promptly, was polite, efficient - fitted in to my schedule, turned up when he said he would and when there was a problem (it's a rental house - the tenant's old gas card randomly ran out just before he got there, so no gas!) - he calmly said he'd deal with it... and he did. This is surely how everyone should be right? Now my 'go to' man. 100% recommended. Thanks Neil.
