A self employed very reliable hard worker who did exactly what he said he would do for the price he said it would cost. Gave sound advice and worked well into the nights to get the job done before the weekend (installation of a new boiler, 4 radiators, removal of existing immersion heater, installation of shower, moving soil pipe outside, plus many more jobs).

fantastic job mike welton fitted a new central heating boiler and plumbed in a fridge freezer and put in a new sink and gas hob and electric cooker he is an excellent tradesman he was very thorough and explained everything to me he got the job done quickly and for a wonderful price he went above and beyond the job was a very nice man i would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a plumbing job done.

Mike installed a new boiler and removed old tanks and pipework.He was clear and precise when explaining the work that needed doing. He gave an honest assessment of the problem and did not pressurise to take the more expensive option. As a landlord he kept in touch at all times and liaised with the tenant arranging times etc. He gave a very competitive quote and worked neatly leaving no mess. I would have no hesitation in using him again

We got Mike to do our Combi Boiler renewal after a very competitive quote. We had him 'fit us in as and when' he could as we were in no rush as our old boiler was fairly usable. He turned up and we also had him remove, renew and relocate a Radiator in our hall, and also had him replace the old Radiator controls. He's a pleasant bloke, a clean worker, and a grafter. New boiler is working a treat. We will definitely recommend him and use him again, Oh and he likes Jaffa Cakes, tea with milk and one sugar.

Mike was very professional, on time, good at explaining technicalities without confusion or being patronising! His quote was reasonable and honest and he lowered the cost of the job when certain things didn't need doing. His quote was very accurate as he is clearly very experienced in knowing how long a job will take. He worked really hard and was very neat and tidy, the finished job (fitting a new boiler) was very professional with attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him :) Nicola

Competitive quote for the work required.Professional job done.Quote provided was the price we paid so no hidden surprises. He has a very good understanding of his trade and gives good advice and recommendation of what is required without any overselling. He even suggests cheaper options, unlike some major competitors. Give Mike a ring you will be impressed with the work and the price. I will be using his services again for maintenance etc and would certainly recommend with confidence to others.
