I had my boiler replaced by Jay. I was told by other tradesmen that I could not have this particular brand fitted because it would be too difficult & costly. He had no problem fitting it at all & also at a competitive rate. He ordered the parts required for compliance & was respectful, professional & efficient. The mark down was only due to an issue with the disposal of the old boiler. Overall, I would certainly recommend & will use their services again

Arranged a gas safety check with Jay. He was flexible around arranging a convenient time and on finding we needed some work completed on the boiler, he explained what the issue and solution was, sourced the parts and carried out the repair in quick time.

Mak Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job in my house. They are efficient, fairly priced, and, most of all, honest. We had been without hot water for a few days and were quite desperate. Their engineer fully explained the problem and solved it within an hour.

I booked MAK services for CO inspection and boiler servicing. James did thorough check of CO leak and boiler check at reasonable price. He was available at short notice. Very happy with his services.

Client provided a used boiler claiming it was new. We confirmed with Gas Safe and the manufacturer that installation was permitted but warranty was void due to late registration. Issues reported were due to the boiler’s prior condition, not our installation. We attended promptly and provided evidence. Sadly, the client demanded payment in exchange for removing this false review, which we refused.

Great service. Jay went above and beyond to fit kitchen plumbing and other issues it had. He also connected gas cooker which wasn’t a straight forward job. Last but not least I am impressed by Jay’s customer service and etiquette.
