Jim was faced with a very challenging job, to replace an old hot water tank to enable good hot water flow from the tap in the bath, hand basin and kitchen. The room for the tank was very tight, the bathroom is compact and the overflow was tricky and fiddly. I live in a block of 7 flats. He was great, professional, experienced, patient, relentless in getting the work done and I now have wonderful hot water throughout my home - it's marvellous and so is Jim - thank you so much.

We've been absolutely delighted with the shower installation, screen, associated pipe work and tiling completed by MTS Plumbing Services. Jim gave a thorough explanation of the issues with appropriate diagrams. We opted to replace the boiler and hot water cylinder as the system was 25 years old. Jim arrived on time and completed the job on schedule despite a few unexpected issues with the old system. We will use Jim again for our plumbing and heating requirements.
