Great! I've never known anyone so accurate with their ETA! He said 3:30 and was here on the dot. Charlie was very friendly and obliging and did the job - fitting a new pump under the bath - in a very awkward spot. Left it nice and tidy, great job. Then we showed him the kitchen tap that drips. He happened to have a lovely new tap in his van and he's coming back, probably tomorrow, to install it for us. Marvellous!
