Cant rate Lauro highly enough! I deal with a lot of tradespeople on a regular basis and have never met one so polite and hardworking! he did my bathroom suite on his own and it looks amazing! he went above and beyond what i asked of him, was always on time and always kept me updated when issues with suppliers arose. He will now be my go-to person for any future work.

Lauro completed a full shower room refurbishment for me . He was always on time, fantastic personality , good quality finish and paid attention to details, he took his time and did not rush the job, and his quotation was better then the rest of tradesmen who visited me. I do recomend this Gentleman and I am a very fussy person when it comes to details.

Viewed job and quoted, arranged a date to complete work so I organised other trades to follow after a pipe was moved. He didn't contact me to inform me he could note make original date and after I contacted him we arranged a second date, he assured me he would contact me to firm up day, two days later I am still waiting and had to do part of the job myself, wasted too much time and will get someone else who wants the work to do it now.

Very disappointed. Yes the price was reasonable and he did eventually rectify all the mistakes he made along the way. However the whole point of paying a tradesmen and not doing it myself was to achieve a professional finish which didn’t happen and I now wish I’d paid more as I’m left looking at a very DIY effort and I’m still sanding down the plaster he must have put on with a spoon weeks later.
