Gas / Heating engineer

Leon was quick to realise what the problem was. It wasn't a serious issue as initially thought, luckily. Got it fixed in 15 minutes.

Leon was unable to fix the problem on first visit because the water pressure was too low. He was a bit slow to respond with a quote but when agreed he turned up on time and delivered an excellent solution.

Leon was extremely conciencious and went to a lot of trouble to try and repair my shower valve but when it became evident that he would need to replace it, he went to a lot of trouble particularly with replacing the travertine. He estimated the costs and there were no extras. I am very impressed with his work and care and trouble, I will certainly be using him again and I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Excellent and quick service provided, he did not immediately assume certain parts needed changing like the other plumber assumed from British Gas which turns out did not need changing at all. He actually took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly before giving me a quote which was spot on. Explained everything clearly as to what the issues were and was very helpful. Having had bad experiences with plumbers in the past LFT plumbing will certainly be called again should I need anything done.

The second time I used this plumber I was really overcharged for the work completed. I was charged a call-out fee when he was already in my area when I called and was able to do the job on his way home.

If u thought u was over charged I would of been please to talk you through parts and labour. I'm not out to rip people off if u went to any plumber there would be a callout charge. Can't understand why you waited 2 months or more to post this on rated people. The second job wasn't a rated people job. I do work at good prices you should of let me know on the day if you wasn't happy.. Thanks Leon

Lee arrived when he said he would, about an hour after calling me on the day of my enquiry. Solved the problems we had at the premises with no fuss, just got on with the jobs. Very fair and very good value for money. We will definitely use him again.
