Fantastic service, from first contact to fitting. We didn’t think we were in a big rush but found ourselves without a working boiler on Saturday. Yesterday a new one was fitted and, without any hesitation, we highly recommend L. Farrar Plumbing.

Used over 12 months ago. Friendly and appeared professional but was unreliable as had to keep chasing. Still having problems with leaky pipes 12 months later and removal of the bath panel revealed rubble and mess! Even emergency plumber was shocked at what he called 'bad workmanship'. Kitchen ceiling ruined due to leak! Not happy!

What was thought to be a simple 2 day shower replacement swiftly turned into a bit of a nightmare for Lee. A rotten floor and sloped wall quickly added another 2 days to the job, along with problem solving and trouble shooting along the way. Lee didn't shy away from the task, kept me informed along the way and has left with a shower room I can truly be proud of. His, pricing is more than fair and quality is excellent and would highly recommend for anyone

Lee is friendly, polite, honest, reliable and trustworthy. His communication is great throughout. He and his team worked really hard to do such a fabulous job on our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he is very thorough. I was very comfortable having him and his team around as they were very respectful, decent and genuine. He is highly skilled and his rates are very reasonable for the quality of work he provides. I’m so happy with my new bathroom it’s like a 5 star hotel! I’d highly recommend Lee.

From start to finish, Lee and his colleagues were very effective communicators. We were impressed by Lee's thorough approach to the planning and problem solving which inevitably arises during a job like a bathroom refurbishment. The whole team were great as they completed the tasks set for them in a timely and considerate fashion. We are very happy with the final outcome and would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

Lee is great, he replaced three radiator's, after listening to my requirements. Very professional, tidy and doesn't mind pandering to OCD people who want to know every detail and discuss the technical aspects. The cost was agreed in advance, and didn't alter. He's agreed to come back later in the year when I have the decorating done, to remove and re-fit the rads. I can highly recommend Lee.
