Lewis was very responsive from the start. He came round and gave a very competitive quote. We needed to get central heating installed before moving in to our new place, so we needed the job done quickly. Lewis finished the job very quickly! He installed 5 rads, new boiler, Hive thermostat and a towel rail within a week. The job was very clean and professionally done. I would not hesitate recommending Lewis and we will be using him for plumbing when we get the bathroom and kitchen done.

Lewis has just been and fitted an exterior tap. Communications were prompt and polite, he arrived when agreed, and did a quick and clean job. Fully adhered to current social distancing requirements, and wore masks/gloves. Price as agreed (and around the cost I thought it would be), Would happily use again.

Mr Willoughby presented as very professional in his approach, he has good customer service skills which gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. He was able to respond to my time frame which was very tight as I had other work going on at the same time. I have no hesitation in recommending him and would use his services in the future if I required any further work.

Had to replace my old faulty boiler, did not having any hot water or central heating for 2 weeks. Lewis have a competitive quote, and was a great help. He sourced the new boiler and got all the parts. He arrived on time and got the new boiler setup. Now everting is up and running. Also had a Hive thermostat installed which allows me to connect via WiFi and control temp. Highly recommend him.

Lewis contacted me by text, introducing himself and requesting a photograph of the problem. I did as requested and Lewis came straight back with a quote and a time for the call. Both were very satisfactory. The job was a little tricky, in as much as the water to the garden tap could not be turned off. This wasn't a problem for Lewis, the job was completed quickly, with no fuss or mess, He also lagged the pipe and attached it more securely to the wall. I would recommend Lewis and definitely use him again.
