Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

He's serviced appliances at my property before. Confident, knowledgeable and a reasonable price to service both the boiler and gas fire. Would recommend. Cleaned up before he left and gave some timely, helpful advice too!

Preston was great at getting in touch initially. On the day of the boiler service he contacted me to ask if I had a CO2 alarm, but gave me 30mins to reply. I replied in 40 and he cancelled the job, We rearranged for a week later and he never showed up.

The engineer responded within 2days of my job being posted and carried out the work 2 days later, much sooner than I expected. He was very pleasant and polite and carried out the work quickly efficiently. I would definitely recommend him. He even put covers over his shoes.
