Very quick to respond to messages and work on the jobs. Pleased with the result. Very happy that Scott helped us source a replacement electric fan for the bathroom as we did not have time to order one. Very tidy and left the jobs after hoovering. Very professional, I would recommend Scott.

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

What a lovely pair of lads. I enjoyed chatting to them as much a the job getting finished! They were quick to solve the problem, cleaned up properly afterwards and promised they would come back free of charge should there be any fault with their work. Highly recomend!
