The gentleman was very polite from did a good job and also checked all gas pipes and made a note , or told me about the problem that he saw a very helpful would definitely recommend him to family and friends

Kelvin was 1st to visit, 1st to quote, asked lots of questions. He could do the job quickly. He turned up as arranged - on time, Kelvin efficiently went about his business, there was an unexpected extra bit of work, we only had to pay a small ammount towards the extra materials. Kelvin registered the warranty etc and I would have no hesitation in recommending KBS, a thoroughly trustworthy, professional heating engineer, who'll do the job right!

Turned up on time, did the job in the agreed time frame, invoiced to the quoted price. He covered the carpet with his own mats to protect my carpets and seemed knowledgable about the product. I couldn't ask for any more.

I would happily use Kelvin again and recommend him to people I know. We asked for quotes on a new boiler, Kelvin contacted us quickly, appeared to know his stuff when he came out to quote the job and gave us a competitive quote. He was out to us within a fortnight, was on time and even accomodated an additional job that we asked him and his electrician to do for us. Really pleased, thanks Kelvin!
