John was very thorough and completed the job on time .. Had a little mishap as one of the pieces for the fire surround got damaged .. John was more the apologetic and went away to have it repaired . And asked us to see if we were happy with this and if not then he’d would order new .. in this case we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. Very pleased with the task and John’s professionalism and attitude ..I’ve would recommend him to others and would not hesitate to have him back . T.A.
