JGC Plumbing and Heating were really good in a crisis situation when our boiler broke down just before Christmas and we were expecting lots of visitors. They gave us an estimate on the day the boiler was condemned and ordered the parts and put the new boiler in two days after. The workmanship was good and they cleaned up afterwards. Their price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend them.

Problems getting the radiators to heat up, exchanged a few emails during one evening and the problem was diagnosed, agreed a date to do the job just a few days away and all completed to our satisfaction on the day. Great service, good work, reasonable price and a warm house to come home to.

To being with they were okay with the work that was asked for. I asked for additional work to be done and they have yet to get back to me agreeing they could do it saying they have the item in stock. this is now about 10 days.

there was a problem before. but having a chat with this person we both realise that it was poor communication on both sides. there work is good I never had a issue with that. Easy to talk to and listen to what I had to say. So I take my rating back and given then a 4. I don't give 5"s. Would I ask them to do some other work to be done and the answer is yes.

The sink was left leaking, wrong toilet seat was fitted on one toilet, and nothing on the other and was adamant I didn't supplied, while it was in the box. It was sorted but after heated arguments. Once quote was accepted never interested to listen and understand surprised me.

I arranged an appointment for JGC Plumbing to visit and carry out an inital inspection of the work The person I spoke to never arrived, and sent no message of cancellation or apology. There has been no response to the message I later left on his mobile. If this is representative of his reliability it's a poor advertisement. I've now found someone else.
