Good communication from Lee prior to arriving today. He was very understanding when I had to rearrange the service at short notice previously. Polite, tidy worker and efficient when hired to service our gas boiler. Would definitely recommend Lee.

Lee was in touch promptly to offer a slot to check our boiler. He let me know when he was en route, was here when he said he would be and completed the diagnostic/repair and gave me a thorough update, both verbally and in his follow-up written report. Thank you.

Fast response and a very reasonable fee charged. Lee arrived on time and carried out an efficient and detailed service of both boiler and hob. Service report was emailed later the same day. I have already booked him for the annual service visit - very happy to recommend.

Excellent work from Lee! He got in touch immediately and was very punctual. We had asked him to check two of our radiators that weren’t working, after doing the boiler service, and he managed to fix them there and then with no extra charge. We are so grateful especially as the previous engineer told us we’d need to replace both radiators at an eye watering cost! Nice to know there are still decent, honest people out there. Would certainly book Lee again in future.
