Approachable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, reliable, excellent communication skills, experienced, exactly what we were hoping for - We would definitely recommend John. With his apprentice he fitted 2 new radiators with new pipework, cleaned and balanced the system, serviced the boiler. All in the day. Heating working great, thanks John.

John arrived in good time, explained every thing he did. Which was good as have an old system and it revealed things that we did not know about it. Worked very clean this was a surprising as the system had never been cleaned and considering what came out of it in the form of brown and black gunk very friendly,and even put up with my lousy tea. I never felt worried about what he did or that I was not getting good value for my money. He will be putting in our bathroom next years

this guy is the best. he replaced my hot water cylinder and associated pipe work. he is a craftsman who loves his profession. he did not rush the job and ensured very detail was correct. he methodically examined for leaks and would not leave until he was sure every thing was 100%. i strongly recommend this guy for quality and price. excellent trades man

A first rate service! I had two minor plumbing jobs that needed repair. John responded quickly and kept me updated about his arrival time. The work was excellent and superb value for money. He even applied some grout around a shower fixture at no extra charge! John also attended at the weekend and there was no call out charge. I had put off making the call because I work full time but really shouldn't have as John made it easy. Thank you! Helen NN14

Competitively priced, work carried out to an excellent standard. John is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. When carrying out the repairs, other problems were identified, which were explained thoroughly and John replaced without further cost. John was always extremely pleasant and honest. I would definitely use John's services again and would highly recommend him.

John came to assess the job & we agreed a suitable time for the work to be carried out, which was stuck to even though the requirement significantly changed in the intervening days. The job still came in under the budget limit too. I would not hesitate to recommend John.
