James is polite, punctual and friendly he’s very clear on the work required and what he is charging for. On top of the boiler service he also identified and repaired other issues including correcting the previous engineers short cuts such as the Thermostat wiring and replacing the bathroom silicone sealant used to seal the flue with the correct heat resistant sealant making sure my boiler is safe. If you want to feel your in good hands, hire James.
