did not resolve the problem. took up the floor in the attic and stacked all the broken floor tiles outside. paid a lot of money but the problem was worse and we have had a leak under the kitchen sink since then. Went through the Winter with no heating. We are all vulnerable , and I'm dreading the coming Winter.
