My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.

Came super quickly and was friendly and did a great, thorough job in unclogging my drains (after I used a foam product that completely jammed them!). He even kindly tightened a loose handle on my sink just to be nice! I’d use Leo again and recommend his services. He’s reliable and was at my home in an hour after I contacted him.
