I didnt give a 5-star rating because the tiler he hired in did not do a good job and the bathroom floor had to be redone.

There are two halves to the story. I posted this job and I had a response by a phone call saying that he’ll come across and looking into my problem. He arrived. He checked my problem with my light switch he checked behind it and found a loose wire and put this wire in the right place. He charged me £226. I feel this is quite excessive of a price just to rewire wire. I had no choice to pay as it did not give me an upfront price in the first place.

Having problems with 4 out of 6 bathroom downlighters. Two working, two not and two decided to start coming on and going off at will. Very pleased with the service provided by Sam. Arrived on time, explained his working practices before starting, to make sure we were happy to proceed. Got straight into the job and after making an assessment he rewired the ring and fitted new, up to spec, units rather than faff around with old wiring.. Cleared up after himself and was very fair on pricing. Would use again.
