Cannot recommend enough. Diagnosed the problem as a broken fan. Got the part and replaced all in the same day.

Barrie is a very pleasant and professional tradesman who clearly has high standards and is keen to ensure all his customers are 100% satisfied. He had to return to my property after initial installation due to some building work and I wanted to change the timing device he had offered. He did both without complaint. Very good prices and options explained well. From start to finish Barrie was professional, honest and kept us informed on what was going on. The boiler installation on our part went smoothly with minimal disruption to us which was great especially with a baby in the house. The people working with him were friendly and courteous and I honestly couldn't fault them either. The whole process was stress free and at the end of it I have a nice warm house so I'm very happy and would definitely recommend.

Barrie emphasised quality and was very careful to ensure that the proposed design would meet my needs. The price was very good and an early date was agreed for the work to start at my convenience. Stripping out the old system and installation of the new were both done efficiently, tidily and with remarkably little inconvenience. Completion of some minor finishing took longer than planned. Most importantly, the new heating system works extremely well!

Barrie did a great job, he was pleasant to deal with, listened to our requirements and gave advice on which boilers were suitable. Barrie was very prompt to quote and started the job within our timescale, He recommended a boiler we had previously not heard of and having read reviews, now feel that this is on a par if not better than the boiler we were originally considering. However the job did last longer than anticpated with a few unforseen hold ups . Overall we are very happy with the work and feel we received good value for money.

Had to be the most expensive part that needed replaced and no one likes spending more money than the would like too. Turned up right away and had to go away for parts, when Barrie came back he worked to nine o'clock at night. Great service and very reliable, even though the part was expensive everything else was spot on

Barrie was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly. He bent over backwards to locate showers that we wanted and the new heating system works like a dream. Would highly recommend. If we have any further work we will certainly be calling Heatright.
