had the misfortune of hiring Hamel to install a new boiler and radiators November 22 (alarm bells should have rung when he wanted to meet in a restaurant car park to hand over a substantial amount of cash). What should have been a relatively straightforward job turned into a complete nightmare. He certainly can talk the talk that’s for sure! A 4 day job ended up taking nearly a month to complete with lots of leaks along the way. I’ve never known a workman to have so much bad luck (always an elaborate story)

Hamel installed Gas central heating from scratch, very happy with the quote and job completed in two days. Installation was completed in Sep 2022, but wanted to wait for the cold weather to test the system and so far, so good. From the initial quote to acquiring the new boiler/pipes/rads, I found Hamel easy to work with.
