Richard installed a ceramic kitchen sink and tap. He scratched the sink in 4 places installing it and took a chunk out of my wall carrying it from his van. I've sent photos but he refused to put it right or accept he damaged it. I should have checked it more carefully before he left as from the distance I inspected it with him standing in front of it (which in hindsight seems intentional to hide marks) I didn't notice the scratches. I will have to bring a court claim. Lucky I'm a Solicitor. Be careful folks

Richard came out this morning to quote on my garden tap despite this being a really small job. Not only did Richard quote, but he also offered to connect the tap straight away at a reasonable price. Richard was able to do this within half an hour before I went to work and also quoted me on another job whilst he was here. He was very friendly and efficient and ensured that the tap was in full working order before he left. I would definitely use him again
