Very disappointed. Graham came as planned. Gave a quote for boiler service. Said he would phone and arrange a date for for service the following week. Haven't heard from him since. Tried phoning business number but couldn't get passed ansaphone.

This company did a very good job to precise specifications and were courteous throughout. One small niggle, not enough to change the grading, was that the new toilet roll holder fell off the wall within a day. Would recommend.

Graham came and declared our heating system is far too old, and would not be economic to keep on servicing. He gave us a good estimate to fit a new combi boiler, and update the shower and one of the radiators. His team will be doing the job in 48 hrs next week. We were impressed by his knowledge and honesty, especially when he ascertained through phone calls that there was no chance of getting spares for our existing 30 year old system. We will update the review once the job is done.
