Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. Overall great service no fuss and efficient.

We needed an EICR to be carried out on our rental property. We organised this originally through another company. However, the quote was high and the work that was required was confusing to understand. I contacted James and he came the following week and on time. He fully explained in detail what was needed to be done and made it simple to understand with a competitive quote. The work was carried out promptly and he was also very courteous to my tenant too. Highly recommended for any future work - Cheers!!

James offered an excellent, thorough service. He was 100% reliable and went out of his way to be able to complete my job thoroughly and to a high standard. He responded quickly to my initial questions and kept me up to date with regards to availability etc. During the job he explained what procedures he was carrying out and recommended solutions to any problems that he found. I will definitely use his company again.

did a reasonably big job for me, his men were friendly and polite. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves, worked efficiently and did good work. Both James and his co-worker were extremely reliable. conscientious and friendly throughout. The job took a little longer than anticipated through no fault of their own, however they kept me informed throughout until the job could be completed. Installed electrical update for me but after about 2 months had problems with the electrical sockets upstairs. I asked them to come and check for faults but they did not want to be bothered. The work was still under guarantee but I had to get another electrician to sort out the problems for me.

This company quoted for a new lighting system at Wigan and Ashton Gymnastics Club, both internal and external. They completed the whole job in just over 1 week, their workmanship is excellent, fantastic attitude of all that did the work and their prices are extremely competitive. If anyone needs any electrical work doing, then this company is the one to go for, both industrial or domestic work is undertaken.
