I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Two of their team attended in a timely fashion and the work was carried out to a very high standard. All old components were disposed of and everything was left clean and dust free. I would definitely recommend Fusion and will be using them again.

Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.

A+, Micheal went the extra mile to get to me (van broke down on way), he diagnosed my issue very quickly and fixed my boiler with equal efficiency!

On the phone, seemed knowledgeable and we're very helpful with arranging a time to come that suited me. Only gripe is that they said it would likely take 2 hours, but were done after 30 mins saying the job was easier than expected. Still charged me the full amount though.

Everything went like clockwork, and the repair was booked in within 24 hours of posting my job. Two days later the plumber arrived at the allotted time and very efficiently replaced the leaking parts. I would recommend Fusion services wholeheartedly.
