Nadeem was on the ball and full of energy. I was quoted for an annual service (which we'd had done every year - 5 Yrs). There were problems with the system and some mechanical problems - the whole system was thoroughly checked, including gas meter, including a bit of training - the only reason he didn't get the "Full 5 Stars" was the final charge - Nadeem was very professional, explained all he was doing, kept me involved - certainly have him back next year!

Whilst the job is not 100% complete yet, as the issue was intermittent, it is looking pretty promising and I am extremely happy with the quality of work carried out, communication along the way, the friendly nature and the cleanliness through the job.
