Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

Ali’s attitude not just to his work, but my home and my family were outstanding, being in construction myself and knowing what quality looks like, his workmanship and attention to detail surpassed even my expectations. This is the first time I've ever had to sack a tradesman from any of my properties. Ali is hopelessly inexperienced and tried to take on our boiler install which was way beyond his capabilities. He left a gaping core hole in our living room, a giant drill bit embedded in our kitchen floor and a giant bill £2400 for parts he ordered that would have left us uninsured in the event of any incident. This man is woefully poor at his job and will promise the earth but unfortunately does not have the skills. Avoid!
