Very friendly, professional, and efficient service. 10/10 I needed a tap refitted as mine had stopped working. I was provided several options and the work was carried out extremely quickly, with very little interruption to my day. Fadi was very friendly and only charged for the work and time needed to carry out the job and communication was great beforehand. I\\'ll be calling him again for any other jobs moving forward.

Changed toilet valve Reasonable pricing, reliable, came on time, very efficient and they were also tidy which is a main concern with plumbers for me. They took their shoes off when entering my house, very polite and considerate. Our toilet is now fixed and in use. The plumber came with his son who is doing his A Levels so that was very nice to see son learning new skills from his dad:)

Great Company Fada was brilliant; he answered every time I sent an email and was able to work according to my schedule. I called him for one issue, and he noticed another and sorted them both out. Fadi was prompt to respond to our request, and turned up to our property within 45 mins. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and after a quick trip to purchase materials was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.

Fadi fixed my toilet so quickly and he came on time. He did it for a good price and I have no complaints I recommend him.

This was an emergency Christmas call-out, with the price agreed in advance. The charge reflected an out-of-hours service, not just the task itself. Payment was due on completion. After allowing over four days and receiving no response to repeated calls and messages, we attended the property only to make contact. No tenants were harassed; they were polite and helpful. Fadi (Heyplumber) came out promptly to repair a leaking pipe for us, arriving exactly at the time promised. After the work was done and he had left another unrelated issue showed up. He returned immediately and fixed this as well for a small extra charge. He was polite, helpful and worked quickly. The price seemed reasonable to me. We plan to use his services in future. Would recommend
