If I could give 10 stars I would. Lewis and Son are fantastic to work with and completed our works to a high quality. They are honest, reliable and their costs are very competitive. If you want a good building company then appoint them and you will not regret it.

Very responsive tradesmen and replied in a quick manner, fairly important when having to assess various quotes. They were on time when organising meetings to assess the work to be done, as well gave good estimates for completion. Would recommend, thank you both for helping with skimming/painting my walls. A very good job done for a reasonable price. Turned up (more or less) on time and was pleasant to deal with. Made a right mess at the start of the plastering but went to a real effort to clear it up with a hired steam cleaner

Great job plastering and painting over artex ceilings through out the house. Work was carried out to an excellent standard and to agreed timescale. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Workers! Had outside front of house which needed wall repairs/render work to be done which I could have done some myself but they worked really well and hard to complete the work. Main reason also they save me so much time while the weather is good family are very pleased and will definitely hire them again.

Father and son team did a great job on our patio. The entire patio needed re-pointing and they got it done to a very high standard and in less time than they quoted. Highly recommend .

Roofer

I found the process of having my flat roof re-done by these guys very stressful, to the extent that in the end I chose to finish it myself. The main issues were a lack of knowledge about warm deck construction (e.g. they didn't know how to layer it or what a vapour layer was) and poor workmanship (e.g. the fibreglass matting was not wetted through correctly and joins weren't bandaged). This meant I had to check everything that was done and repeatedly ask them to change or re-do things (which they did).

This was a father and son team, who worked so well together. Very polite! Before he started, he reassured me that he would do an excellent job and I will be happy. They worked very well, cleaned up after the job and left the kitchen looking stunning. My 12 year old daughter said, ‘it’s a complete transformation’. I just need to wait for the plaster to dry.
