At first he came over promptly to take down blinds. Said he’d come back later to put up boards and curtain poles. Unfortunately, he repeatedly would not reply to texts or phones calls. When he did, he’d claim to come in the next few days. Kept giving differing dates, but never followed through. He never ended up finishing the job.

Tommy phoned me before coming to my home this morning and whatsapp'd me to confirm what mixer tap I wanted from his sent photos, once confirmed he purchased the tap and drove to my house at 11.30am the time he confirmed yesterday. I was impressed by his workmanship and cleanliness and respect for my property, after the job was completed installing new mixer tap in bathroom he cleaned up the area concerned. Tommy is very punctual and has a friendly manner. Would highly recommend,
