Russell responded extremely quickly and a new boiler was fitted for our elderly tenant within 48 hours. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When a minor issue arose (leak on a radiator not a problem with the boiler) leading to a pressure drop, Russell provided telephone support and then came back promptly to repair the leak. Friendly, responsive and efficient all-round service at a fair price.
