I had to clean up after him as insulation was left all over the carpet, put in a 'new boiler' but I've since found out it was more likely second hand, heating stopped heating the water after he left and I needed another plumber to undo the work that was already done. Never got my receipt so can't dispute the cylinder being new or not.

I only called Daniel yesterday (29th April 2020) morning for a quote to replace my faulty 15 year old gas combination boiler. I was apprehensive as to how long I would have to wait given that Scotland is in a lock down with the Covid-19 pandemic. To my amazement the boiler was replaced the following day. My tenant is so pleased to have hot water again. Thank you so much to Daniel and your team for a job well done.
