Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. This is what I expect from a company who is registered as a NIC EIC electrician and would recommend others to do the same.

Daniel was very good, I booked Daniel for an EICR check and I also wanted to change the Heaters but did not know which ones to get I asked Daniel to look for me,Daniel sent me some pictures of heaters and companies that sold them I purchased two heaters and also got Daniel to fit them. Daniel us very honest and trustworthy and the price he quoted was very reasonable. I would contact Daniel again if I need any electrician work so much I have saved his number in my phone

Charged for an hour callout but didn't fully investigate the problem and also left the fuse box opened up. Came back to close up the fuse box, but refused the job. Got another electrician who found the source of the problem within 30 minutes of investigation and resolved the problem in half a day.

Hi , in fair comment to your message , with the help from my hour investigation to what circuit where the problem existed and narrowed down the problem to a certain area , it then took your electrician half an hour. I could not take on the job at the time as I was too busy as I explained to you. I came back to put your lid back on straight away. I find this rating unfair and was upfront with you from the start. Anyway I am glad you got your problem sorted.

Daniel got back to me promptly, gave me a precise quote, came and did the electrical survey I had asked for exactly on time. He was very helpful, and explained everything very clearly, giving an immediate quote for the remedial work needed and arranged a suitable time to come and do it. An excellent job.

We hired DCS Electrics to give a electrical safety survey before renting out our house. The house required several remedial improvements but these were expected. The quality of improvements were to a good standard and clean up was done afterwards. Many thanks.

Daniel and his team where really professional and open from the start with what turned out to be a far bigger job than first anticipated. Daniel was great at keeping in touch and discussing when and how work would be completed. His team worked really efficiently around us and our young baby, and the work was of a really high standard.
