Appointment for a boiler service had to be re-arranged due to van breakdown. Service carried out and an issue identified requiring a 'straightforward' replacement of Automatic Air Valve. 2nd appointment arranged but not kept due to non-delivery of the part. Re-arranged for the following Friday (today). Dave McKenna arrived today but was unable to remove the old AAV. Eventually left without fitting replacement part (not-charged). He suggested a call-out to Ideal (probably £350+). Admitted lack of experience.

Its very cheap and David did a great job with my bathroom, I'm very happy that he got me a new reviver,lever bath taps and put my bath panel back on! I will defenatly call David to do plumbing at my house if I ever need it again, it was a clean job and quite quick job, I really recommended David if you need plumbing done! David deserves to have the best he can get with plumbing. Thanks David!

From first contact to the end result, David was brilliant. He was very friendly, pleasant and polite when he came over to prepare to quote for a replacement sink mixer tap. He sourced the right tap quickly, his quote was reasonable and he was able to complete the work in good time. We are really happy with his work.
