Our Mistake. We gave a verbal quotation over the phone based on information given. Expected smaller house and shop (2 consumer units). Quoted a days work. Actual job was 6 room plus bath and kitchen, outhouse and shop with petrol pump(3 consumer units). The house had so many problems it took a day to capture the faults. We made customer aware we would need an extra half day for the shop. On completion we provided a high quotation, as we did not want the repair work. Dorina rightly found another contractor
