James responded quickly to the quote request, and when he explained the purpose and mission of his business we really wanted to give him the business so we hoped his quote would be competitive on price and lead time and his was actually the best quote. The work was done very well and on time, ours is a listed property and difficult to work on. His craftsmanship is of a very high standard, he really cares! You'd be crazy to go elsewhere.

Very pleased with the service. James rang us within a couple of hours of us putting the request in and came shortly after that, to assess the job, telling us he’d be here at 10am the following morning, and a fair price was quoted. He arrived on time, as arranged and the job was carried out efficiently and quickly. Will definitely use this service again and have already spread the word!

James contacted me within an hour of my post for an engineer to look at our ancient broken boiler. He came out at a time to suit me, clearly explained all options and emailed very reasonable quotes to me right away. The new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently by James and apprentice Dylan, they registered it's warranty for me and all mess was removed. James and Dylan made what could have been a stressful day surprisingly stress free :) I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent job, so glad CAFGAS replied to my job post. An honest fair tradesman who does a thorough, neat job at a fair price. We had a complete replacement with traditional copper piping and CAFGAS took great pride in the work they did and made sure that the job was completed to an excellent standard, without any fuss. We’ve got to know James quite well over the past couple of weeks having moved house and inherited a boiler in desperate need of attention! James and his team have been professional, knowledgeable and available when needed. Unfortunately the boiler repairs didn’t go to plan and we have ended up having to replace the boiler.
