Gas / Heating engineer

Sadly I have been let down twice in two consecutive weeks. Was initially told he would attend last Saturday but called to say he would have to reschedule, which was fine. We rescheduled for today, I messaged him yesterday to see what time he was coming. I didn't get a response. Not good at all. My review DOES NOT reflect the skills and qualifications Craig has as I can't comment on this because he never turned up. Frustrating.

Great friendly chap. Helped us out knew years eve when he could have come in the new year. Fitted our new boiler that day and was a good price for that time of year. Won't hesitate to use again.

Spoke on the phone twice to book an appointment but they were unable to give me a specific date/time for an appointment both times due to not having appointment book to hand etc. They reassured me that it would be sometime the following week and that I would be contacted. I didn't hear anything else, I attempted to ring again, no answer, sent a text asking if they were still going to do the job and there was no response. Haven't heard anything since. A different firm have now completed the job.

I contacted the company via this website as an emergency job and they quickly responded. They returned the next day to fit the new boiler HOWEVER the job was not completed and it is leaking. We have contacted them on several occasions and they have reassured us that the leak is not a problem (but we don't know that) and they have the part we require. It has now been 6 weeks and they have not returned. .We will now we looking for someone else to complete the job
